What is the difference between booking online and buying the tickets
at the box office and outlets?
Both online and physical booking will be sharing the same ticketing system.

Does Sports Hub Tix accept debit card or foreign credit/debit card
for ticket payment?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX are accepted via all booking
channels. Cash and NETS are available at the venue box office and
SingPost outlets.
How many tickets can one buy within one transaction?
Maximum 8 tickets per transaction.
How does the queue number system works?
The queue number system is implemented by the venue and ticketing
agent. This is to discourage overnight queuing.
Queue numbers will be generated by the ticketing system and printed on
the tickets. Entry into the venue for standing area will be based on
assigned queue numbers. We wish to highlight that queue numbers are
programmed like seat numbers in the ticketing system (assigned on a
first come first serve basis). The queue numbers will be confirmed upon
a successful transaction.
In some cases, queue numbers are not in order, especially during peak
sale when there are multiple purchases at the same time.
However, tickets purchased in a single transaction will be allocated queue
numbers in running order.
On the concert day, there will be a holding area for the Standing Area
ticket holders. The holding area is at the OCBC Square.
The holding area will open at 12.00noon on Friday 1st May 2015;
3hrs before show time. Standing Area ticket holders should queue up at the holding area according to the signages and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the ticket.
Admission into the venue starts at 1.30pm on Friday 1st May 2015;
1.5 hours before show time (subject to change). Standing Area ticket holders in the holding area will be admitted according to the Area and queuing number.
The queue number on the ticket will no longer be valid at 1.15pm on Friday 1st May 2015. Standing Area ticket holders who arrive after 1.15pm would be required to enter the venue after all the ticket holders within the holding area have been admitted.
Venue Crowd Safety Officers will be around to maintain order and provide assistance.
Will there be a second show?
This will be the one and only show in Singapore.
Will you be bringing in merchandise for this concert?
We do not have any information regarding merchandise at the moment. Once we receive an update from SM, we will post it on Facebook.
For foreigner fans, how can we get our tickets?
Foreign credit/debit cards are accepted for online booking and you may opt for the Print-At-Home (PAH) tickets, which will be sent to your registered email address. Alternatively, if you have chosen to collect your tickets at Singapore Indoor Stadium box office, you can collect your tickets on concert day.
What is the first row for Block 2XX? Can I choose my Block?
First row for all seated CAT 1 tickets priced at $288 starts from Row 13 (which is the first row of the Block). You will be able to select your preferred block but not seats. Seats will be assigned by the ticketing system on a next available basis.
What is the starting queue number for my Standing Area?
Standing Area A – Queue number starts from 1001.
Standing Area B – Queue number starts from 2001.
Standing Area C – Queue number starts from 3001.
Why is there row number in my email confirmation for my Standing Area Ticket?
For all standing area tickets, just refer to the seat number which is also the queue number. Please ignore the row number.
